Being able to successfully grow from seed is a fundamental skill in order to grow your own food, but it can be one of the hardest things to master. We will show you several techniques that will help you get great success with both seeding into beds and starting transplants.
Workshop includes:
How to raise great transplants
Direct sowing seeds vs starting indoors
Bed prep for seeding
Hardening off
Setting up your seed raising space
Infrastructure to give you the best results
Practice your sowing technique and take your newly sown seeds home
Morning tea included to keep you fuelled
Workshop length is 3hours.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Workshops need a minimum of 10 people to run. In the case minimum numbers aren't met you will receive a full refund or the option to join a different date.
The workshop will go ahead rain or shine - we do have an indoor classroom option.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you choose to cancel. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you are permitted to transfer the ticket to someone else’s name.
In the event that The Commune has to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
